Webmasters get RSS stats from Google

There’s another reason for using Googles webmaster central service, because it has emerged that there is the facility that will allows users to find out exactly how many people are subscribed to their RSS feeds.

This information can be very useful indeed, because being able to see how the subscriber list is growing or in some case maybe not. It could also be useful for advertising opportunities it would be easier to get advertisers if you knew the amount of subscribers waiting to look at the material that your site is sending them.

There have been a few minor changes to the webmaster central interface, which gives the user more choice.
